Summary:
As a Business Function Implementation Lead, a typical day involves orchestrating and overseeing the comprehensive execution of initiatives aimed at enhancing the performance of a designated business function from start to finish. This role requires careful planning and coordination of various activities to ensure that all efforts are aligned with the overarching business objectives. The day includes analyzing existing processes, identifying areas for improvement, and guiding the redesign or restructuring of organizational elements to better support business goals. Collaboration with multiple stakeholders to maintain seamless integration and alignment across teams is a key aspect of daily responsibilities.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the planning and execution of business function implementation activities to ensure timely and effective delivery.
- Facilitate communication and coordination among cross-functional teams to drive alignment and resolve challenges.
- Monitor progress and performance metrics to identify risks and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Support the development and mentoring of junior team members to foster growth and enhance team capabilities.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Platform as a Service Providers (PaaS).
- Strong knowledge of cloud-based service models and their application in business function implementations.
- Experience in process analysis and redesign to optimize operational efficiency.
- Ability to manage and coordinate cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering practical and scalable solutions.
- Effective communication skills to engage with diverse stakeholders and facilitate collaboration.
