As a Business Architect, a typical day involves identifying opportunities that can bring measurable business value by thoroughly assessing the existing environment and capturing high-level requirements. The role includes defining effective business solutions and translating complex business needs into technology-enabled frameworks and operating models. Throughout the day, the Business Architect supports organizational transformation by developing comprehensive business cases and providing guidance during the implementation of critical initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and fostering collaboration across various stakeholders.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the alignment of business strategies with technology solutions to ensure seamless integration and value delivery.
- Facilitate communication between business units and technical teams to promote shared understanding and effective execution.
- Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to enhance their professional growth and contribution.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Guidewire PolicyCenter.
- Strong analytical skills to assess business processes and identify improvement opportunities.
- Experience in translating business requirements into detailed solution designs and operating models.
- Ability to develop and present business cases that support strategic decision-making.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to engage with diverse teams and leadership.
- Capability to guide and influence cross-functional teams during transformation initiatives.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Guidewire PolicyCenter.
- This position is based at our Chennai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
