The Business Analyst supports Treasury system implementations, enhancements, ERP onboarding, process automation, testing, and production support. The role gathers and documents requirements, analyzes processes and data, supports testing and issue resolution, and works with business and technology teams to deliver reliable solutions. Position Responsibilities: Provide Business Systems Analysis function by working closely with Global Treasury Cash Operations and technology teams to support process re-engineering, automation, data transformation, system enhancements, configuration, testing, implementation, and production support. Define and refine business requirements and technical specifications to deliver effective technology-enabled solutions that meet business needs. Closely work with the technology teams to explain and clarify the technical specifications and rationale to help create solutions that would meet business needs. Proactively identify, plan and execute automation opportunities leveraging Gen AI, Agentic AI and other low code tools (Power platform, Alteryx etc.) Act as SME and Consultant to Treasury Operations and BU teams to identify opportunities to address business
