As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing an organization and designing its processes and systems by assessing the business model and its integration with technology. Your day-to-day activities will include assessing the current state, identifying customer requirements, and defining the future state or business solution. You will research, gather, and synthesize information to support decision-making. You are expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively, take responsibility for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, contribute to key decisions, and provide solutions to problems within your immediate team and across multiple teams. Expert proficiency in Business Process Design is required. Expert proficiency in Requirements Analysis is recommended. Expert proficiency in Business Process Analysis Tools and Business Model Strategy is suggested.
Lead the evaluation and improvement of business processes to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business solutions with organizational goals and technology capabilities.
Support the development and documentation of detailed business requirements and process workflows.
Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to influence strategic decisions.
Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure clarity and consensus on project objectives and deliverables.
