As a Branch Supervision Administrator, you will partner with Branch Managers, Investment Advisors, and operational teams to oversee supervisory reviews, identify and resolve compliance issues, and help ensure branch activities are conducted in accordance with CIRO requirements and internal policies. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a detail-oriented environment, enjoys problem-solving, and is passionate about supporting a culture of compliance and client focus within wealth management. What You'll Do Support the supervision and regulatory oversight of a designated branch or portfolio of advisors. Conduct daily, monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc supervisory reviews of client accounts, transactions, communications, and branch activity. Monitor and investigate supervision exceptions, documentation deficiencies, trading irregularities, and other compliance-related concerns.
