Job Description What is the opportunity? The RBC Dominion Securities is seeking a Branch Operations Manager. You'll be the operational backbone of the branch, providing strategic and administrative leadership to the Branch Management Team and Advisor teams. The role ensures daily branch operational and regulatory compliance while overseeing HR administration, client account processing, internal controls execution, technology support, and cross-functional coordination while maintaining separation of duties and audit-ready documentation standards. What will you do? Manage administrative operations and internal control requirements of the branch - Approval of incoming and outgoing daily transactions, technology support, documentation verification and account openings approvals, etc. Review of Compliance related matters - ensure all regulatory requirements and internal controls are consistently met.
