As a Bilingual, Sponsor Support Specialist , you’ll help drive our business results by serving as a trusted reporting expert for plan sponsors, intermediaries, consulting actuaries, client auditors, and internal partners. You’ll provide guidance on Annual Information Return (AIR), Financial Statement (FS), and other regulatory and client reporting requirements for registered pension plans (DC, DB, IPP, etc.) and other group savings programs—from straightforward to highly complex. You’ll deliver exceptional client experience by consistently meeting quality and service standards, supporting key results for the line of business. Position Responsibilities: Prepare and process AIR/FS and other regulatory/client reports for registered pension plans (DC, DB, IPP, etc.) and group savings programs, from straightforward to complex. Ensure reports are completed accurately and on time in line with audit & control standards, legislation, regulatory requirements, internal policies, and service level agreements. Provide expert guidance and responsive support to plan sponsors, intermediaries, consulting actuaries, client auditors, government authorities, and internal partners regarding reporting r
