The National Life, Disability & Wellness Team is looking for a self-motivated Bilingual Calculation Analyst, who thrives on delivering value, is customer-obsessed, and excited to work with a small yet dynamic team. You will have good understanding of group disability contract language, and the impact various sources of income have on disability benefits. Responsibilities: Calculate and code offsets and the adjusted Short Term Disability (STD) and Long Term Disability (LTD) benefit in internal system (Navigator). Inform Plan Member of the overpayment amount with clear explanations both verbally and in writing. Follow-up with Plan Member for reimbursement of overpayment and negotiate an acceptable repayment plan when necessary. Proceed with claim recoveries in Navigator. Qualifications: Strong customer service focus; ability to be empathetic while delivering sometimes difficult messages. Experience in disability benefit calculations. Strong mathematical skills. Proficiency in MS Office suite (e.g. Outlook, Excel, Word). Able to read and interpret group insurance contracts and apply their provisions. Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written.
