Job Description What is the opportunity? You will apply commercial credit expertise to achieve strategic priorities and support Relationship Managers (RMs) and their Commercial Mortgage clients in the annual review and term renewal of Commercial Mortgage facilities of all amounts, including adjudication of new credit. You will be accountable for reviewing and establishing Borrower Risk Ratings (BRR) where Commercial Mortgage exposure is at least 75% of the Borrower authorized exposure for Commercial Mortgage clients, ensuring credit structures adequately mitigate the respective credit risks. You will effectively manage the credit renewal process, to enable RMs to spend more time with clients. What will you do?
