The CAF Long Term Disability (LTD) team supports veterans who have been medically released from the Canadian Armed Forces, helping them navigate their transition to civilian life, including a potential return to employment. As Bilingual Associate Manager, CAF LTD , you will lead and support a team of Case Managers, providing coaching, technical guidance, and leadership to help deliver positive outcomes for our plan members. Responsibilities: Lead, coach, mentor, and support a team of Case Managers. Manage workflow, performance, and staffing activities. Promote effective disability and case management practices. Provide guidance on complex claims and technical issues. Conduct quality reviews and identify opportunities for continuous improvement. Build strong relationships with plan members and internal and external partners. Drive positive business, service, and client outcomes. Qualifications: 2–3+ years of supervisory or people leadership experience.
