BI Analyst - Civil Products Description As a key member of the Civil Products Business Intelligence team, the Business Intelligence Analyst designs, develops, and maintains analytical solutions that support strategic and operational decision-making across the organization. This role transforms data from multiple business systems into reliable, scalable, and high-performing dashboards, reports, and data models that meet business requirements. The BI Analyst collaborates with business stakeholders, analysts, process owners, and subject matter experts to enhance the organization's analytics capabilities while supporting data quality, governance, accessibility, and continuous improvement initiatives.
