Position Description: Barrick is seeking a Risk & Assurance Manager to lead Fatal Risk Management and Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) programs across operations. The Risk & Assurance Manager leads the implementation, governance, and assurance of Fatal Risk Management across Nevada Gold Mines and supports the effective application of the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) framework at site level. Working closely with Operations Managers, site leadership teams, Fatal Risk Champions, Control Owners, enterprise risk owners, and Health & Safety personnel, the role ensures fatal risk standards are translated into practical operating requirements and consistently embedded in day-to-day work, while material enterprise risks are identified, owned, monitored, and appropriately escalated.
