The Director, ESG Performance is a senior leader responsible for operationalizing the company’s ESG strategy across environmental, social, and human rights domains. The role ensures that ESG performance is measurable, consistent, and externally defensible, with particular accountability for data integrity, disclosures, standards alignment, and assurance. Working in close partnership with the VP Sustainability, the Director translates strategy into execution by building robust systems, strengthening risk visibility, and ensuring readiness for investor scrutiny, ratings assessments, and third-party verification.
