We are seeking a strategic, collaborative and product-minded leader to join our team as Assistant Vice President (AVP), Enterprise Digital Capabilities. This role is a key leader in Manulife's multi-year transformation to modernize and converge our digital ecosystem across Canada, the US, Asia and Global Wealth & Asset Management. At the heart of this role is a simple objective: identify what is common across our digital experiences, build it once as an enterprise capability, and enable markets and segments to reuse and extend it to accelerate their own digital roadmaps. Manulife has established a strong portfolio of reusable enterprise digital capabilities that support our Digital Storefront transformation and broader unification ambitions. The next opportunity is to expand and scale this portfolio to accelerate the unification strategies and roadmaps of our segments and advance One Manulife experiences across the enterprise. The AVP will lead this evolution – working across segments to identify where common capabilities can create the greatest incremental value, bringing together requirements to ensure capabilities are designed for enterprise reuse, defining adoption and rollout
