Contributes to the reduction and prevention of criminal activity by reporting and analyzing incidents for civil and criminal proceedings, providing litigation support, and supporting internal educational efforts. Executes work within BMO policies and procedures, and in compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Core Accountabilities: Independently identifies, analyzes and evaluates potential risks to BMO, including legal, regulatory and reputational risk.
