Hiring Unit: Schulich School of Music - Communications & Production Position Summary: Under the direction of the immediate supervisor, provides specialized technical support for concerts, rehearsals, recordings and other activities, primarily in Pollack Concert Hall. Provides support to stage management team, technical staff, students, and other users of the hall. Assists with the operation and troubleshooting of audio-visual, sound, lighting, and stage systems. During the ongoing renovation and commissioning of Pollack Concert Hall, assists with testing equipment and systems, documenting technical issues and procedures, and communicating information related to ongoing audiovisual and scenograph
