Job Description: Department Overview We are seeking a highly motivated professional to join the Advisory & Contract Execution (ACE) Team in Singapore. ACE is a client-facing function within TD Securities and The Toronto-Dominion Group, providing advisory support across Global Markets businesses and clients throughout the deal origination process. The ACE team is responsible for advising on, negotiating, and executing legal and regulatory trading documentation required for capital markets transactions globally. By balancing commercial objectives with legal, regulatory, and risk management requirements, ACE helps accelerate revenue generation, support strategic business growth, and deliver an exceptional client experience.
