Job Description: Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Asia Equity securities lending trader to support the growth of our APAC synthetic prime brokerage and delta one business. The role will focus on short covering and all related post trade life cycle, inventory management, operational build-out, and platform scalability across Asia equity markets. Process Build-Out & Automation Build and enhance scalable front-to-back operational processes supporting Asia equity short covering and securities lending activities. Manage day to day short covering in Asia equity markets through stock loan transactions Identify operational inefficiencies and implement process improvements across trading, booking, inventory management, and post trade lift cycle processes.
