Primary Responsibilities Territory Ownership & Sales Execution Own and execute the sales strategy for an assigned MFDA sub-region with full accountability for growth and retention Deliver against net sales and AUM growth targets Identify and convert new business opportunities Develop and execute a territory business plan aligned with regional strategy Client Relationship Management Act as the primary point of contact for assigned advisors and dealer branches Build relationships through proactive outreach Understand advisor needs and connect them to appropriate BMO GAM resources Prospecting & Business Development Lead outbound prospecting to grow wallet share and activate new advisors Build and manage a robust sales pipeline Partner with wholesalers to align pros
