We are seeking an Associate Technical Specialist to join our collaborative team. The successful candidate will bring a strong technical background and hands-on experience in audio and video production, including scheduling, equipment setup, and operating cameras, lighting, and audio equipment. The role also requires strong knowledge of systems, platforms, services, hardware, software, and technologies related to sound and visual production. Position Responsibilities: Manage and support the production of virtual and onsite live streams and events. Monitor complex, high-visibility meetings to help ensure a reliable participant experience. Respond to critical issues requiring high-priority meeting support. Resolve meeting scheduling and room reservation issues. Assist with testing virtual meeting and audiovisual equipment during new room installations and relocations. Respond to support requests received through the ticketing system, email, and SMS alerts.
