The Business Performance team exists to make that possible. This team builds the financial models, strategic frameworks, and executive-ready narratives that inform Simplii's most consequential decisions, from annual planning and scenario analysis to board-level presentations and competitive positioning. As Associate, Strategy and Business Optimization you are embedded in a cross-functional environment where you own meaningful analytical scope end-to-end. You build and maintain robust financial models, conduct market and competitive analysis, and
