Job Description What is the opportunity? As an Associate on the Rating and Monitoring team, you will be responsible assessing credit rating of Capital Market borrowers, verifying covenant compliance, monitoring company and industry developments and identifying key risk events. The role will require you develop industry expertise and collaborate with analysts across several sectors of the Business; including Adjudication, Corporate Banking, Global Credit and other Capital Markets areas. This role also requires you to pay-it-forward, as such you are expected to coach and mentor junior risk analysts. What will you do? For the assigned portfolio you will be responsible for: Managing and monitor credit risk, which includes identifying key credit event, reviewing / refreshing credit risk rating. Participate in team deliverable targets with respect to regulatory / audit request Ensure borrower’s compliance of terms and conditions of credit agreement Develop expertise in assigned portfolio, policies and guidelines, and provide value added advice to internal partners Conduct research, analyze financial statements and develop financial projection Collaborate cross-teams and with our business
