Application Deadline: 10/22/2026 Address: VIRTUAL59 - REMOTE/TELETRAVAIL - ON - BMO Job Family Group: Customer Solutions We are seeking an Associate Product Owner - IVR to lead and support the ongoing success, stability, and growth of the Interactive Voice Response (IVR) platform within Virtual Connect. In the near term, the primary focus of this role will be supporting the migration of the IVR platform to the new CCaaS solution on Amazon Connect. Following the migration, the successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring platform performance, identifying improvement opportunities, and driving feature enhancements to deliver an improved customer and employee experience. Develops and delivers the full product development lifecycle from setting strategic objective to bringing a product to market that delivers business value. Researches, investigates, selects and develops products and services bridging business requirements with technology capabilities. Drives end-to-end product lifecycle including the 'why', 'when' and 'what' of the product, persona development, proof of concepts, backlog management and product activation through to product retirement. Provides the voice of
