In this role, you’ll help shape and improve the Salesforce tools and experiences that enable our Sales and Go-to-Market teams to work more effectively. You’ll be responsible for understanding the needs of our internal customers, identifying opportunities to improve processes and experiences, and translating those needs into clear, actionable product direction.
You’ll leverage product management best practices to help prioritize initiatives, define requirements, and support solutions that deliver meaningful value to the business. Working closely with development and cross-functional stakeholders, you’ll bring ideas from concept through execution while ensuring we’re solving the right problems for our users. As the voice of the business, you’ll help connect business objectives with scalable technology solutions and play a key role in evolving our internal Salesforce ecosystem.
