We identify and manage the people-related implications of acquisitions, disposals, carve-outs and reorganisations, from due diligence and deal preparation through execution and post-deal implementation. Working closely with other teams to ensure support for our clients. As part of a diverse and collaborative team, you will contribute to transaction projects in Switzerland and internationally. Your impact In your role as Associate, you will work on a variety of M&A and strategy related topics focusing on people elements through the life cycle of a deal. Typical projects scope includes HR and pensions due diligence, HR operating models, change and communication, day-1 and day-100 planning and organisational design.
