JOB DESCRIPTION People Leader Role: No Internal Print Production supporting various departments including Strategic Marketing, Creative Agency, Marketing Operations, Sales, New Business and other client facing business owners with time sensitive printing, mailing and finals documentation. Responsibilities: • Participating in production process including but not limited to: estimates, timelines, gathering specs, internal collaboration, vendor management, and delivery of campaign materials • Print production of posters, books, brochures, flyers and Sidewinders for all major sales finals ensuring on-time delivery • Participate in campaigns across multiple platforms including print and digital • Seamlessly prioritizing and multitasking while managing a high volume of projects with both average and rush deadlines • Manage and utilize external vendors • Keep ongoing log of projects • Data integrity, database management, and effective organization of project information
