The candidate will report into the Director, Operational Risk & Resilience, Global Markets to drive the Operational Risk & Resilience mandate. The CM ORR team, as part of the first line of defense, provide internal control support to help Global Markets mitigate Non-Financial Risk (i.e., Operational Risk, Business Continuity Management) . The Associate will interact directly with Global Markets stakeholders, including senior executives, to methodically resolve risk management challenges across a continuum that ranges from simple day-to-day risk issues to highly complex business or regulatory issues.
