Job Description What is the Opportunity? You will be an Investment Banking Associate supporting the Energy Coverage Team based out of our Houston, TX office. What will you do? Assist in the execution of M&A and financing transactions, develop new business presentations, and conduct detailed financial analysis Work with Analysts in development of pitch books and related client materials Coordinate with Industry, Product and other groups to evaluate and execute business opportunities Proactively identify operational risks/ control deficiencies in the business Review and comply with Firm Policies applicable to your business activities Escalate operational risk loss events, control deficiencies and risks that you identify to your line manager and the relevant risk and control functions on a timely basis What do you need to succeed?
