Job Description What is the opportunity? We are seeking an Associate to play a critical role in building our platform within our US Investment Banking division. Associates will work with Analysts in the development of pitch books and related client materials. Associates will also be heavily involved in transaction execution, new business presentations and client meetings. What will you do? Perform in-depth quantitative research and analysis across macroeconomic trends, sector dynamics, and individual companies Develop and prepare client presentation materials, including detailed pitch books covering various Consumer & Retail sub-sectors Build and maintain financial models, including valuation frameworks, trading comparables, and relative value assessments Analyze and model a variety of strategic and financing alternatives for client engagements including, M&A, capital structure optimization, acquisition financing, and debt and equity capital markets transactions Support live transaction execution through financial and operational due diligence, timeline management, and process coordination Contribute to client relationship development and ongoing coverage efforts Support the ongoin
