As an Associate, you'll support the execution of mergers and acquisitions, strategic and capital structure advisory mandates, equity and debt financings, and other complex transactions for clients across North America and key global markets. Working closely with Managing Directors, Executive Directors and Directors, you'll contribute to transaction execution, client relationship development, industry and company research, and the preparation of strategic materials for live mandates and new business opportunities.
