Job Description What is the opportunity? As an Associate in Global Credit Systems Solutions (GCSS) within Global Corporate Banking, you will serve as the critical bridge between business stakeholders and IT partners, responsible for business analysis and requirements gathering on projects ranging from targeted enhancements to larger-scale system overhauls. This role blends hands-on execution with strategic thinking: you'll participate in testing and production readiness activities while also shaping product roadmaps and partnering with stakeholders as part of GCSS's broader mandate. You will apply RBC’s Generative AI framework and other next-generation tools in your daily workflows. What will you do? Own system enhancement initiatives for core credit platforms from conception through deployment and beyond, ensuring solutions align within the broader product/systems roadmap while managing complex, multi-stakeholder requirements and tradeoffs.
