Job Description What is the opportunity? To provide Investment Banking services (Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A), Equity Capital Markets (ECM), Debt Capital Markets (DCM) and leverage finance) to corporate and private equity clients operating/investing in the Industrials sector. RBC’s expectation is that all employees and contractors will work in the office with some flexibility to work up to 1 day per week remotely, depending on working arrangements. What will you do? To assist in the marketing and execution of M&A, equity and financing transactions in the Industrials sector, specialising in Capital Goods vertical. To assist in the development of relationships with, and generate revenue from, corporates and private equity clients focused on the sector To work in close co-operation with product and country teams in coverage of the sector Review and comply with Firm Policies applicable to your business activities What do you need to succeed? Must-have Degree educated Previous investment banking or corporate M&A experience In-depth knowledge of Investment Banking services and the ability to apply them creatively to diverse client needs Sound judgement, particularly in valuation matters,
