Job Description What's the opportunity? The RBC Capital Markets Law Group is seeking to staff a securities lawyer in an Associate Director & Senior Counsel position to support the Investment Banking and Global Markets trading businesses. This position involves advising on transactional, project and regulatory matters across a variety of businesses including M&A, Equity and Debt Capital Markets. What will you do?
