Job Description WHAT IS THE OPPORTUNITY? The Enterprise Chief Controls Office (ECCO) is seeking an Associate Director of Operational Resilience to join our First Line of Defense (1LOD) team and support the enterprise-wide operational resilience program. This is an exciting opportunity to drive strategic impact across RBC by developing and implementing resilience initiatives that elevate our control environment and organizational preparedness. You will lead reporting activities and analytics to assess the effectiveness of resilience programs, provide data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making, and facilitate scenario testing to evaluate organizational preparedness. Working in partnership with platform and business unit teams, you will help establish RBC as best in class with respect to organizational resilience and response to disruptions.
