Own the reliability of critical production systems , proactively monitoring and resolving issues across web servers, application servers, middleware, and trading platform infrastructure Lead incident response and change management , coordinating cross-functional teams, conducting thorough root cause analysis, and implementing preventative measures that reduce future incidents Drive operational excellence by championing SRE practices, automating repetitive workflows, and aligning technical initiatives with business priorities to improve system resilience Provide technical leadership by collaborating with development, infrastructure, and L3 support teams to solve c
