Job Description WHAT IS THE OPPORTUNITY? The Deputy BSA officer will play a critical role in strengthening the firm’s AML Program, managing regulatory risk, and supporting the firm’s broader compliance objectives. The role offers invaluable experience in the unique components of AML Program administration, along with exposure to senior leadership, regulatory relations, and key business partners. The Deputy BSA Officer will have the ability to influence strategic decisions and drive continuous improvement across a complex organization. WHAT WILL YOU DO? Actively support the BSA AML Officer with requests related to Audit & Regulator engagement, Risk Assessment, RCSA, Regulatory Change Management, and other components of AML Program governance Lead in drafting AML Program update reports and presenting to senior financial crimes management (i.e. metrics, analysis on trends, issue management etc.) and other reporting as applicable (i.e. regulatory) with oversight from the BSA Officer Ensure that US AML regulatory obligations (BSA/USA PATRIOT Act/AML Act and updates to the CDD Rule) are met Deliver tailored AML training to the business and infrastructure groups as needed, update training
