Job Description What is the opportunity? Join RBC as a credit risk manager specializing in data centers and AI infrastructure lending including power generation, GPUs and fiber. This position offers the opportunity to develop deep expertise in a rapidly evolving sector while influencing deal structures and risk mitigation strategies. What will you do? Conduct comprehensive credit assessments of data centers and AI infrastructure borrowers across project finance, borrowing base, and corporate lending structures. Analyze complex data center and AI infrastructure transactions, evaluating construction risk, operational risk, sponsor strength, and cash flow adequacy. Work collaboratively with business teams early in the transaction lifecycle to identify key credit risks and recommend appropriate deal structures and mitigation strategies. Review and adjudicate Credit Requests within agreed timelines, assign appropriate Risk Ratings, and escalate exceptions to applicable policies and guidelines.
