Job Description What is the Opportunity? Join RBC's Group Risk Management team as Associate Director, Business Continuity Risk Management (BCRM) for Canada & Caribbean. In this second line of defense role, you will support the implementation and oversight of our BCRM program across the region. You'll strengthen operational resilience, ensure regulatory compliance, embed robust risk management practices, and partner with business leaders to drive program effectiveness and adoption. What will you do?
