This role is responsible for supporting and coordinating the delivery, migration, implementation, testing, and operation of enterprise-scale data platforms on Alibaba Cloud. The role also leads a squad team for project delivery, ensuring assigned work is planned, tracked, executed, and delivered according to defined architecture, standards, timelines, and quality expectations. Responsibilities Execute Enterprise Data Lake Migration Activities Support Enterprise Data Lake (EDL) migration initiatives from legacy cloud and on-premise platforms to Alibaba Cloud by delivering assigned data engineering tasks according to agreed scope, timeline, quality standards, and project priorities. Lead Squad-level Project Delivery Lead a small squad team of Data Engineers and associated project resources. Own daily execution management of the squad. Ensure delivery commitments are achieved. Monitor team velocity and workload distribution. Escalate risks and blockers proactively.
