Daily responsibilities will include the full life cycle processing of all North American corporate action events across the multiple entities for Capital Markets . BMO is a long-established Tier 1 broker dealer, with a history of being in the forefront of Equity Finance and Proprietary Trading and is looking for a motivated team member to be part of a dynamic department. The NAM Corporate Actions team will service the trades/positions on Six BMO business entities. SUMMARY OF QUALIFICATIONS Reports to the Sr. Manager of the NAM Corporate actions team.
