Application Deadline: 10/16/2026 Address: 100 King Street West Job Family Group: Customer Shared Services Corporate Actions Associate Location: Toronto, Ontario Mandate The Associate, Corporate Actions, requires an Independent, self-motivated individual that will provide daily Corporate Actions support of Firm Trading and Equity Finance accounts. Daily responsibilities will include the full life cycle processing of all North American corporate action events across the multiple entities for Capital Markets . BMO is a long-established Tier 1 broker dealer, with a history of being in the forefront of Equity Finance and Proprietary Trading and is looking for a motivated team member to be part of a dynamic department. The NAM Corporate Actions team will service the trades/positions on Six BMO business entities. SUMMARY OF QUALIFICATIONS Reports to the Sr. Manager of the NAM Corporate actions team. Full understanding of end-to-end processing of the corporate action lifecycle, from announcement capture through to the final entitlement reconciliations Daily liaison with trading desks, ops groups, accounts and institutional counterparties is needed to ensure the efficient processing of elec
