We are seeking a competent individual with relevant local experience in compliance relating to market conduct and investigation in the insurance industry. You will play a key role in ensuring investigations are aligned with regulatory expectations, while contributing to continuous improvement of investigation processes and standards. Position Responsibilities: Conduct investigations into market misconduct that are referred to Manulife directly or referred from external sources (e.g. MAS and FIDReC). Assess cases objectively and develop clear, well-reasoned findings and recommendations, distinguishing fact from judgement. Ensure investigations are properly documented, auditable, and defensible. Prepare and present investigation findings to the Disciplinary Committee. Support deviation hearings and communication of decisions.
