ROLE PURPOSE The Investment Analyst supports the management of the Vietnam General Account investment portfolio by conducting fundamental investment analysis, monitoring portfolio risks and performance, and supporting investment decision‑making in line with approved investment strategies, policies, and regulatory requirements. The role focuses primarily on fixed income investments, with close interaction with portfolio managers, risk, compliance, actuarial, and regional investment teams. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Investment Research & Analysis Conduct fundamental investment analysis and establish the set-up to prepare Vietnam portfolio to invest in multi-assets. Prepare investment proposals for new investments, amendments, and renewals in accordance with GA investment policies and procedures. Monitor macroeconomic, interest rate, and market developments relevant to Vietnam and regional fixed income markets. Portfolio Monitoring & Risk Management Explain performance drivers in terms of EVA. Track existing portfolio holdings and recommend actions as appropriate.
