Asia Cybersecurity Transformation and Capability Lead Based in the Asia Cyber Portfolio Delivery team, this role is a critical enabler for the entire Asia CISO function. It leads the transformation needed to translate the Global Cybersecurity Strategy, enterprise services and Asia priorities into practical changes that business and technology teams can adopt and sustain. Combining security expertise with change leadership, stakeholder engagement and process improvement, the role strengthens security ownership across markets, builds trust, improves engagement pathways and applies risk-based judgement to portfolio and functional priorities. It partners with the enterprise Change Enablement CoE and applies Manulife's Change Enablement Framework. Position Responsibilities: Cybersecurity transformation and adoption Translate the Global Cybersecurity Strategy and Asia priorities into coordinated transformation plans that link risk, controls, services, market readiness and sustained adoption Assess security, business, technology and people impacts; identify dependencies and adoption risks; and apply cybersecurity judgement to sequence delivery and define proportionate mitigations Partner
