US Leveraged Finance is part of CIBC Capital Markets. A strong Analyst level candidate is needed to support the US Leveraged Finance Portfolio Management team. The team is responsible for supporting the execution of sponsor-backed leveraged finance transactions and managing the rapidly growing portfolio. Your responsibilities will include: Assisting in the execution of leveraged finance transactions including LBOs, Recapitalizations and Refinancings for new and existing clients Support the drafting and preparation of cohesive and cogent pre-screen memos and credit app
