Job Description Job Description What will you do? Conduct quantitative research and analysis on macroeconomic trends, industry dynamics, and company fundamentals Prepare client presentation materials, including pitch books and detailed industry overviews across Consumer & Retail sub-sectors Build and maintain financial models, including DCF valuations, trading comparables, precedent transactions, and LBO analyses Support the evaluation of corporate finance alternatives, including M&A, capital structure optimization, acquisition financing, and debt capital markets transactions Assist in live deal execution by performing financial and operational due diligence, preparing transaction materials, and tracking workstreams Collaborate with senior bankers to support client coverage and relationship development What is needed for success?
