The Compensation and Benefits Analyst will play a key role in administering core compensation programs and financial benefits. The position requires strong analytical capability to ensure accurate and consistent delivery of core compensation and benefit programs. How you will make contributions that matter... Compensation Programs Day-to-day administration of hourly pay programs, including ensuring pay actions are aligned to wage structures, and established guidelines, data file preparation, and validation of system reporting. Administer short-term incentive (STI) programs, including metric collection and payout calculations, ensuring accuracy and integrity of payments. Annual Salary Review process system testing, data preparation, auditing, and communications.
