Job Description Analyst/ Associate, Collateral Analyst What is the opportunity? We are seeking an Analyst or Associate level Collateral Analyst for our financing team, primarily to support the residential mortgage loan business. This role is central to ensuring portfolio integrity, maintaining compliance with our credit framework, and supporting the operational and risk management infrastructure that underpins our warehouse lending activities. This role will serve as a key liaison between collateral management, operations, IT development, and risk management. There will also be an opportunity to participate in the growth of the business by helping to build our capabilities in new products and market sectors. What will you do? Collateral Intake and Credit Box Compliance Assist in reviewing all incoming loan collateral against our pre-defined credit box by evaluating loan characteristics and supporting documentation. Portfolio Surveillance Conduct ongoing surveillance of the active loan portfolio, monitoring for credit deterioration, undue concentration risk, and data defects using monthly servicing data and periodic credit updates. Processing Servicing Data Assist in validating and
