How You Will Make Contributions That Matter: Schedule and perform routine preventative maintenance and service s ; including working with outside contractors to troubleshoot and repair ammonia refrigeration system , HVAC , water heating system , and boiler/condenser water chemical system . Perform d aily , weekly , monthly , and/or annual refrigeration system, facility and building ins pections along with assigned work order s . Maintain refrigeration logs and records documenting time, material and parts . R es ponsible for housekeeping of all assigned areas ; inc luding ammonia refrigeration engine room, maintenance shop area, and chemical s/ parts storage area. Timely work order execution based on assigned priority . Operate forklifts and aerial platforms as needed; c omplete daily Powered Industrial Truck Inspection, ensuring safe operation and reporting any concerns to maintena
