THE WORK Support the AML/CTF Regulated Business Lead in overseeing local AML Compliance Officers and ensuring effective execution of AML programs across regulated entities. Provide expert guidance on AML/CTF matters, KYC requirements, client lifecycle activities, and regulatory compliance obligations. Drive consistency across local AML programs through common standards, frameworks, templates, and best practices while fostering a culture of learning and continuous improvement . Support risk assessments, regulatory change management, local audits, board reporting, and implementation of remediation actions arising from reviews and audits. Contribute to AML awareness initiatives, training programs, and compliance culture development while demonstrating a commitment to ongoing improvement and professional growth . WHAT'
